Service + $50 mobile fee + transportationRound-trip rideshare or rental transportation is calculated for the service location and added to the quote. Parking and venue-access charges, when applicable, are client-covered.
Regional destinations
Custom travel quoteTransportation may include rideshare or a rental vehicle, fuel, parking and tolls plus compensated travel time. Overnight lodging is required when the schedule or distance makes same-day travel impractical.

THE ICE DIAMOND TRAVEL STANDARD
Prepared. Protected. Professional.
Professional travel support. Destination bookings include a required travel support professional selected by Ice Diamond for equipment handling, setup, timing, coordination and safe on-location service.
Travel is separate from styling. Client-approved airfare for two, baggage/equipment fees, rideshare or rental transportation, hotel accommodations, parking/tolls and applicable per diem are added to the destination quote.
Advance booking & full payment. On-location and destination events must be requested in advance. A signed service agreement and 50% non-refundable service retainer are required to secure the date. Estimated travel expenses are paid in full before booking, and the remaining service balance is due before the event according to the agreement.
Agreed styles & guest count are locked. The event agreement lists the approved date, time, location, event type, guests and styles. No day-of style changes or additional guests are guaranteed. Any exception requires prior discussion and approval by Ice Diamond and staff and may carry an additional fee at the stylist’s discretion.
Safety standard. The designated Ice Diamond travel support professional must remain with the stylist in the service area throughout on-location and destination service. Ice Diamond reserves the right to pause or end service if the working environment becomes unsafe.
Ice Diamond controls travel arrangements. The client funds approved hotel and transportation costs, but Ice Diamond selects and books its own hotel accommodations and transportation for safety and operational control. Clients should not book lodging or transportation on Ice Diamond’s behalf unless specifically approved in writing.
